Ingredients:
1 tortilla
For the salad:
1/2 chopped lettuce
5 pieces cherry tomatoes cut in half
50 gr grated cheese
For the dressing:
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vinegar
orange juice
lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees and give, by your hand, the tortilla the shape of a photographe by pushing around and placing
it in a pan in the oven for 15 minutes to remain crisp and retain the shape that we have given it.
Add the ingredients for our salad in a bowl and and the ingredients for the dressing in an other bowl. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well and homogenize them with vegetables.
Let the tortilla to cool and use it as a serving bowl for the salad.
