Ingredients


4 Arabic pita breads

200g yoghurt 2%

200g Philadelphia cheese

3 tbsp olive oil

1 cup chopped parsley 

one handful of chopped basil leaves

4-5 tbsp chopped chives

juice of 1 lemon

zest of half a lemon

little paprika powder

salt & pepper



Directions:


          Cut the pita breads into thin stripes, sprinkle on a little

olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

          For the dip, put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

Serve in a bowl with the pita chips.
