Ingredients:
4 Oval shape pita pockets
2 chicken breasts
1 curly lettuce
1 chopped green onion
salt and pepper
For the sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp white vinegar
Directions:
Cut the chicken into small bites, sprinkle with a little olive oil and put in a frying pan to cook for about 20 minutes.
Add salt and pepper. Wash and cut the lettuce and onion and drain them well. Make the sauce by adding the honey, vinegar, mustard and olive oil in a bowl and mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the sauce over the lettuce and stir gently.
Open and fill the pitas with lettuce salad and chicken nuggets.
