Ingredients:
4 big pita breads
350gr sliced smoked turkey
300gr cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped dill
1 tbsp lemon juice
pepper
rocket leaves for garnish
Directions:
Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice and dill and spread over the pita breads. Then, cover with the smoked turkey and
wrap tightly into rolls. Cut the pitas' ends and wrap them with a film twisting the ends.Keep them in the refrigerator until serving.
Before serving, cut the rolls with a sharp knife into bite-sized pieces, nail them with toothpicks and garnish with rocket leaves.
